HMView is a off-line HTML browser. This very stocky system, which supports nigh of the HTML 3.0 specifications, is nonsuch for distributing HTML format information when you cannot be certain the recipient has a browser. The system is multilingual, supporting English, French, Dutch, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese and Frysk. Registration entitles the owner to royalty free distribution of their project with HMView. Controls include font size, look, print, and source position; it supports frames, tables, animated GIFs, legal, and other desirable HTML features. The splash shield, animated logo, and help file can also be customized for your project. HMView is easily documented and is a respectable, slimware system for a widely variety of uses.
